At check-in you’ll receive a printed plan, tips, and your room key. Each morning, we meet for coffee and give you a quick rundown of the day ahead.

Don't worry! We always have great alternatives ready, like indoor bouldering, bowling, a relaxing SPA, or a group dinner. If the replacement activity costs less than the original one, we’ll refund the difference.

By default, the group receives rooms with separate beds (twin beds). For example, a group of 5 people will receive a double and a triple room.
Yes, upon request, a private room is available with a supplement of CHF 180.– for the entire stay.
If you arrive in the afternoon, someone will be at the hotel to welcome you. Alternatively, self check-in via kiosk is always available.
